The purpose of the scientific work - research of the extraction processes from vegetative raw material and development of extraction technologies, which would promote rational use of the vegetative raw material of Ukraine by optimization of biologically active substances extraction from it. The flora of Ukraine are investigated on presence of biologically active substances, which make vegetative raw material valuable to different kinds of extraction. The technological modes of carbon dioxide and hydroalcoholic extraction are fulfilled. The qualitative and quantitative structure of carbon dioxide and hydroalcoholic extracts, waste materials after extraction prosseses were investigated by the methods of gas and liquid chromatografy. The authentic data about structure of the carbon dioxide extracts are received for the first time. The technologes of processing of the hop, an amaranth and belladonna (with maximal biologically active substances extraction) are developed.
