The known approches to creation methods and information technologies to solving discrete optimization problems of a large dimensionality are compared and analyzed. The probability meth-ods of searching for asimptotically exact solutions to discrete optimization problems of a large dimensionality, including such ones that are based on application of the RESTART-distribution for the effective organization of an optimization process, are de-veloped and substanted. The information tecnologies for proc-esses of solving of integer optimization problems with the boo-lean variables of a large dimensionality and complicated problems of the graph theory are developed. The methods are created and investigated that are used to solve discrete optimization problems with controlled data emerging and solved under the uncertainty factors.
