The approach describing the tunnel and the hopping current components is derived for the molecule embedded in between the electrodes. It is shown that a molecular recharge associated with a hopping electron transmission leads to a modification of the tunnel current component. New data on the distribution of the injected charges in the crystal of the fullerene C60. A new quantum mechanical model is proposed for the C60 crystal and charged forms arising at the charge injection by electric field in the field effect transistor. It is shown that, in opposition to existing estimates, charge localization on the surface is essentially incomplete so a great part of charges distributes in deeper crystal layers.5635
