Purpose of work: metabolic effects of fed high productive cows with extruded seed and mill cake of oilplants, calcium salts of fat acids, chelate compounds of selenium and chrome and establishment of optimum methods of their use for the receive of maximal productive effect. Methods: spectrophotometry, chromatography, radioisotope analysis. It have been established, that feeding cows diets with the elevated on 15% contents of undegradable protein improves digestion and utilization of forage protein, diminishes biohydrogenation of the unsaturated fatty acids in rumen, increases on 4-5% using of protein for milk synthesis, Feeding the high productive cows diets with calcium salts of rapeseed fatty acids substantially diminishes intensity of biohydrogenation of polyunsaturated fatty acids in rumen, as a result quantity of linoleic and linolenic acids grows in milk fat. Feeding of chelate compounds of chrome and selenium instead their mineral saltspromotes the better retention these microelements and crude protein. Increased consumption by the high productive cows of sugar from 0,9 to 1,3 g on 1 g of degradable protein increases digestibility of nutritives, using on milk protein synthesis, absorption by the mammary gland of acetate, glucose, nitrogen of amino acids. It is recommended to use in feeding of high productive cows diets with lowered to 50-55% undegradable protein and elevated levels of sugar and starch. Use of elaboration milk yields increases on 9,8%. The economic effect from realization of additional quantity of milk from one cow makes 436 UAH.
