Was examined the existing practice of date assembling and date processing for national energy statistics. The international experience in methodological and organizational provision of energy balances was generalized in the report. Were elaborated the recommendations on elaboration and improvement of energy statistics reported by Ukrainian enterprizes. The unified scheme of elaboration, economic analysis and forecasting of the national energy balance was proposed.
