Work documentation for conducting qualification upgrade courses for managers of public authorities using the distant learning system "Prometey" applied by Kyiv National University of Economy and Trade has been developed. An electronic version of the distant learning course "Legislation for protection of economic competition" for economic entities has been developed. The efficiency of the distant learning course "Legislation for protection of economic competition" has been tested in a real learning process on a real group of people.
