It has been approved and improved the method of molecular-genetic diagnostics of potato cystogenous nematodes. It has been grounded the efficiency of using of PCR-analysis for diagnostics of Globodera rostochiensis Woll. in long (to 25 years) time of its collection keeping. For the first time in Trans-Carpatian Region by the resoults of PCR-analysis, morphological, morphometrical researches and biotest it has been revealed the pale potato cystogenous nematode. The part of it in mixed nematode populations doesn't exceed 2-5%
