The experimental data resulting from investigation of the radiation induced defects into pure and doped single crystals and stability of the ion oxidation state were considered, too. The main conditions of creation of irradiation induced colour centers and point defects were also discussed this paper. The report is devoted to consideration of experimental and theoretical data of spectroscopic and dielectrical properties of Y3Al5O12 and SrTiO3 single crystals. Electronic structure and colour centres of the crystals doped with separate ions of the iron group elements, Ti, Cr Fe, stability of the ion oxidation state were considered in detail. The experimental data resulting from investigation of the radiation induced defects into pure and doped Y3Al5O12 and SrTiO3 single crystals and model of color centers and defects were studied here.
