The optimization of the physical-technological conditions of the receivment and chemical composition of the nanocompositive films with the photochromic bacteriorhodopsin was carried out according to the optical parameters of the photocycle and the influence on them of certain chemical components of the medium. The received results permitted to create on the basic of such film structures the sensitive elements of the fiber-optics chemical sensors and integral-optics lightcontrolling switchers.
