The object of the investigation is processes of social development administration. The subject of the investigation is conceptual and methodological grounds of social development administration. The goal of the paper is to make analysis of conceptual and methodological grounds of social development administration. The investigation is directed on strengthening of scientific knowledge referring to social processes by principle differences between social administration and social development administration finding. The results of the investigation and their novelty are investing conceptual and methodological grounds of social development administration and its systematic character that is proved. The methodology of the administration problems investigation is improved; the further development of investigation of conceptual problems of a society social development by the basic means of the theory of social development administration is done.
