In the present work growh technology of KTaO3, K1-xLixTaO3 and KTa1-xNbxO3 single crystals was improved and ceramics of Sr5-xBaxNb10O30 and KTaO3 was syntesised. Criteria for resonator geometry were developed, calculations of resonant frequency and sizes were performed, and electromagnetic field distributions were obtained, Laboratory samples of the resonators were made and tested.
