Research object - directions and tendencies of relationship between Ukraine and other countries in trade, economic and financial spheres, current and potential external threats to economic and financial security of the state. A purpose of work - information and analytical accompaniment of acceptance of state decisions in the field of external economic relations of Ukraine. Research methods - system analysis, economic and statistical methods, comparative economic analysis, methods of expert estimations and forecast. As a result of the conducted research, basic tendencies of development and threats in foreign trade, scientific and technical, financial spheres and in the field of capitals were determined.
