Description

High-stable low-noise biharmonic oscillators with operating frequency of 60+- 1 GHz are developed based on Gunn diodes specially developed and manufactured by research institute "Orion". Durind this development the following research are got: - operating frequency - 60 360 MHz;- output power - 26 mW. The technical decision, protected by patent № 1403962, is used in this Gunn oscillator. Recommendations about more high frequency Gunn oscillator modeling are made. Experimental investigation of Gunn oscillator TCF showed that most optimum compensation is reached in oscillator with brass pistons.
