The methodical approaches to creation of telemedical systems on three components (area of application, technical realization, information and software) were developed. The principles of formalized medical documents construction and methods of transfer of the medical information in different formats on channels the Internet were generated. The complex of information parameters for the analysis in MCG as bases of information maintenance of telemedical technologies is generated. "The Standard of transfer of the statistical information" and "The Directory of medical procedures (services) and surgical operations" were developed.
