Results of the carried out researches - conformities to the law of accumulation of nitrates are Studied, nitrates, heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins in a beef, pork, chicken, egg and in milk of cows in dependence on maintenance they in a drinking-water and sterns will be given possibility to develop the checking of quality system on the indexes of safety for these toxicants, which will be represented in developed and ratified the State department of veterinary medicine of methodical recommendations.
