The concepts of pedagogical community and pedagogical consciousness were grounded. The methodic tools (psycho-semantic questionnaire) for the investigation of the structure of the mass pedagogical consciousness were created. On the data base of the Ukrainian wide poll among teachers the blocks of the most essential problems of the pedagogical consciousness were distinguished. Basing on the developed model of value-spiritual personal and social development the original classification of educational functions was suggested. The idea of educational environment's psycho-social healthiness was offered. The socio-psychological factors of the pedagogical community elitarization were defined. The criteria of discovering and ways of psychological violence prevention in a school were suggested.
