According with this model the compounds with the higher affinity meet the following demands: n = 4-6 і рКа = 5,0 0,6. It has been shown that cinazepam does not interact with peripheral benzodiazepin, dopamine (D1 і D2), serotonin (5-НТ1А and 5-НТ2) and cholecystoquinin (ССК2) receptors, demonstrate high affinity for central benzodiazepin receptors. It has been shown that in mice organism the amixine is slightly biotransformed with the formation of two metabolites -2,7-dioxyfluorenon and 2-oxy-7-diethylaminoetoxyfluorenone.
