The new effective methods for synthesis of azacrown-calix[4]arenes and calix[8]arene-crown ethers have been improved. These methods allow to receive target compounds with a specific structure, including the conformation of macrocyclic molecules, with high yields. With the help of methods of NMR specrtoscopy and spectrofotometry the data on ability of the calix[8]arene crown ethers to form complexes with cations of alkaline metals, the properties of homo- and heterobinuclear complexes of lantanides with p-tert-butylcalix[8]arene and the properties of complexes calix[4]arene crown ethers with terbium ion are investigated
