There are proved classified, triangulation and characterization theorems for such manifold. The metric spaces with absolute extensor hyperspaces or ones are topologically equivalent to some model spaces of infinite-dimensional topology are characterized. There areinvestigated several selection properties of algebraic topological objects. There are constructed simultaneous extension operators of partial pseudometric with peserving their properties. The structure of topological semigroup of matric units and topological Brandt extensions of topological semigroups is investigated.
