The algorithm that provides parametrical optimization of the control influences and parameters such a systems are proposed. With the use of this algorithm the series of optimal control problems for given systems are solved. The motion of the closed-loop chain manipulator with active and passive actuators was investigated. Estimation of the constructive parameters of manipulator was performed. The algorithms and software for calculation of the kinematic, dynamic and energy characteristics for the biped-walking robot and for the human with the ankle prosthesis were developed.
