The special types of matrices divisors over some ring classes are described. The systems of invariants relatively to various equivalences are determined; in particular, the canonical forms of matrices and its collections are given. In the M(1,4)xR(u) space 507 classes of the first-order differential equations which are invariant under non-conjugate subgroups of the group P(1,4) are constructed. The algebraical and topological properties of the infinite semigroup of matrix units and the Brandt extensions of topological semigroups are investigated.
