The CD 38 antigen expression level is an initial feature of leukemic lymphocytes, independing from clinical sings, course and expansion (stage) of the disease. Response to the treatment (partial remission) was achieved more frequently in intermediate risk CLL stages and in CD 38- patients. The monoclonal B-lymphocytes in CLL are characterized by low expression levels of O- and N-glycosyde residues. In the intermediate risk stage of CLL the cases with LCL+WGA- lectin phenotype are prevailing. Changes of cell number and case frequency with LCL+WGA- lectin phenotype are peculiar for the late CLL stages. The CLL cases with CD 38+ lymphocytes are characterised by higher level of the O-glycosyde residues and low expression the lectin WGA receptors. The TNF concentration in blood plasma of CLL patients exceeds more then 10-fold the level in normal persons independently from age, disease stage, hemoglobin level and lymphocytosis. The cytotoxic influenceof TNF high level is blocked by increased concentration of the soluble receptors (sTNFRI і sTNFRII). The TGF beta1 level in blood plasma of the CLL patients is elevated, but its production by malignant cells in culture is reduced depending on the age and late stages of the disease. The production of TGF beta1 active from promote the indolent CLL course. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
