Object - process of motivation of activity of subjects of managing in conditions of the market environment. The purpose - development of positions of the theory of motivation and development of recommendations on formalization of motives and strengthenings of interests in increase of efficiency of activity of subjects of managing on the basis of methods of the classical economic theory, the system approach, mathematical modelling, expert estimations. Scientific novelty consists in a substantiation and reflection of transformation of motives of economic activities accordingly institutional changes in economy and formation of motivational mechanisms immanent to modern economic attitudes. Use of the offered toolkit at the industrial enterprises will provide evident formalization of motives of activity in view of their dynamism and will create conditions for acceleration of rates of economic growth and increase of efficiency of managing.
