New results have been obtained concerning structural-functional properties of biologically active human proteins, molecular mechanisms of regulation of synthesis and activity of a number of active proteins and their role in regulation of various metabolic processes in norm and under certain pathologies. Molecular mechanisms of regulation of processes underlying realization of such most important biological functions as blood coagulation, muscle contraction-relaxation, transfer of neuronal signals, immune response of the organism to physiological and pathogenic factors have been investigated. Recommendations on the use of thrombolytic preparations in treatment of cardiovascular diseases have been developed and introduced into clinical practice; new methods of correction of metabolic disturbances of stromal-hemopoietic complex of different genesis have been proposed; approaches to creation of sensitive biosensory devices for detecting biologically active compounds and toxins have been developed.
