Methods of research - are based on operating techniques of measurement of quality of grain. Results of the lead researches - stability of technological parameters of quality of grain which are normalized working (State Standard 3768 - 2004) the standard, is studied dynamics of a volumetric output that of other parameters of quality of bread during 24 months of storage, is established dynamics of a parameter of ability to live of 8 grades of 12 parties during 24 months of storage.
