Methods of research - methods of analysis of macroeconomic policy and macroeconomic equilibrium. Actuality of development of economic-mathematical methods of analysis of shadow economy is considered. The review of twosector models of co-operation of legal and shadow economy is given. The twosector dynamic model of macroeconomic equilibrium with expectations is built. The analysis of reactions of maсroeсonomiсs on the change of basic maсroeсonomiс policies in short-term and long-term periods is conducted. It is desirable to continue scientific research in the field of development of new methods of the analysis of shadow economy on the basis of mathematical modeling and creation of informational and analytical system on the basis of program realization of existing methods of an estimation of shadow economy.
