Object of research - the amalgamator of concrete with three shaft of compulsory hashing. The purpose of work - creation of the amalgamator for preparation of a qualitative inactive concrete mix, both on макrо, and on мiкrо a level. As a result of research the analysis of existing amalgamators of compulsory action is executed, the basic circuit of the new amalgamator, theoretical bases of process of preparation of inactive concrete mixes in the amalgamator of a new design, the engineering specifications on the amalgamator are developed. Results of researches are used in educational process ХSTUСА, in particular at performance of degree projects by students - mechanics.
