During the research the optimal method of P. aeruginosa cultivation was selected. It was shown that adding to the medium of cAMP activators increases speed of microorganism growth 12 times both on hard and on liquid mediums. Among the obtained variants of acylated antigens the soluble antigen, that was acylated on 3 % of protein mass was chosen. When administered the antigen caused specific antibody synthesis induction in the titre (1:1280) on 15th day, and when injected - in the titre (1:5120).
