Succinilated cyclodextrin and its molecular inclusion complex with macrolide polyene antibiotic nistatin was synthesized and chemical and antimicrobial properties of said complex were studied. Conformational properties of quaternary ammonium compounds were investigated. Membranous pore model, composed of amphotericin B and ergosterin molecules was built using the mathematical modeling techniques.
