On the quality and safety parameters, which are regulated by the requirements of normative documents of EU (quality parameters of eggs and carcasses of bird, contents of antibiotics, pesticides, radionuclide) the explored products answer the existent requirements, except for the index of contents of lead in meat of broilers.
