Description

Processes of incineration of natural gas in cylindrical chambers, methods of stabilization of torches, methods of regulating of length of a torch are researched, optimal ways of furnacing of materials are investigated. On the basis of these researches scientific bases of raise of efficiency of furnacing of havdite, lime carbonate with the set consumer properties are developed. The equipment and production engineering is developed for decrease of power inputs by their production. Results of work are implanted on the twirled furnace 2 х 40 m of Society with Limited Liability "Mineralplast " t. Vinnitsa, on shaft furnace in diameter 3,2 m of Joint-Stock Company "TBC", t. Kherson and Open Joint-stock Company "ZAlK", t. Zaporozhye. Decrease of specific consumptions of fuel makes from 10 % on the twirled furnace and up to 20-30 % on a shaft furnace5635
