The object of investigation - fresh water fish (diseased, suspected to be infected, clinically healthy). The objective o investigation - to determine the most spread infectious and invasion disease of fresh water fish on the quality and safety of fish products. Methods of investigation - epizootological (ichthyopathological), clinical, pathoanatomical, haematological, parasitological, microbiological, biological, histological, hydrochemical and toxicological. Results - the microbiological studies showed that the muscles of clinically healthy fish MAFAM (4,7-+0,7) х 103 CFU/g in clinically diseased fish it was (9,2-+ 0,6)х105 CFU/g, that is above the norma. Results were included into "The rules of veterinary examination and veterinary-sanitary expertise of fresh water and sea fish, other hydrobionts and products of their processing", submitted for the approval to the State Department of Veterinary Medicine.
