Description

The branch of adaptation - cattle breeding. The object of research - the livestock of big pigs the white breed. The purpose of investigation - train to perfection methods of increasing productivity of pigs and improve quality of products for ensuring demand on pork for population taking into account the best edibility characteristics. The methods of research - zootechnical and statistical methods of research. The results of investigation - the growth of pigs at feeding with use natural forage addition are studied. Optimal zoohygienic conditions and characteristics of procedure-pasture, pastoral keeping of pigs are determined. The quality of pork is fixed. Using pollution-free organic additions and pasture saplings of pigs make for increasing of production, improvement meat and tallow quality of pork are defined.
