Optimal zoohygienic conditions and characteristics of procedure-pasture, pastoral keeping of pigs are determined. The quality of pork is fixed. Using pollution-free organic additions and pasture saplings of pigs make for increasing of production, improvement meat and tallow quality of pork are defined.
