Research object is extracts made on the basis of biologically active carbohydrate-lipid-protein complexes of mollusks' (mussel, rapana) tissues and medicinal plants. Research results are as follows: we developed technological pattern and normative-technical documents for obtaining of new dietary additives - mussel extract with walnut, mussel extract with walnut syrup, rapana (or mussel) extract with hips. It was ascertained that the additives proposed were antioxydants, their effect being considerably increased by use of multicomponent BAM compositions of vegetable origin. We studied general chemical composition of additives as well as their anino acid, carbohydrate, fatty acid and mineral composition which evidenced to their biological full value. Rates of raw material expense and output of final products were developed.
