System for diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis by the Western blot was developed. It is shown that tuberculin, recombinant proteins МРВ63 and МРВ83 may be used as effective antigens for diagnosis of tuberculosis. Conditions for Western blot analysis were selected. Possibility to differentiate sera of sick and healthy animals by Western blot was demonstrated.
