According to literary sources analysis, theoretical and experimental researches the basic requirements to principles of device construction are produced and the methods of scanning and indentation of surface are developed by a diamond probe at a nanoscale level. The executed complex researches of semiconductor diamond crystals of got at different cycles of synthesis, on the basis of which the standards of synthetic diamonds for an edge are chosen to the probe. The underlying structure of crystals of semiconductor diamonds is explored and the optimum level of alloying of semiconductor diamonds for an edge is set to the nanoprobe. The model working of elements of mechanical construction, driving head is conducted off, electronic pays and a model pre-production of device is made that connects the methods of tunneling electrons and atomic forces. The experimental tests on test standards showed a fitness it is developed to the device for the combined researches of descriptions of surface at a nanoscale level in the mode of scanning and indentation of surface.
