The system of complex epidemiological monitoring is created. Mutual influence of different kinds of dependence from psychoactive substances is described. Identity of dynamics of case rate of opiomania and alcoholic psychoses is established. By screening of socio-economic factors, it is established, that prevalence of dependence from psychoactive substances correlates well with an urban level, an index of human development, and also with a level of suicides, criminality and rates of depopulation in regions of the country.
