The purpose of work - studying of interrelation structure - reactionary ability of natural phenols in reaction with peroxiradicals, reception of the corresponding correlation equations and research of influence on antioxidantive and antiradical activity of phenols of the nature of a substratum and conditions of oxidation. Methods of research - chemiluminescence, gasovolumometry etc. Results - dependence between reactionary ability of natural phenols in reaction with peroxiradicals hydrocarbons (k7) and parameters of a structure of molecules of phenols and products of their transformation as the multifactorial correlation equations is established. The basic laws in change with a structure antioxidantive activity of the investigated phenols are kept at transition from modelling substrata (cumol,ethylbenzene) to more complex (oil).
