Object of research - activity of practical psychologists of the Ministry of Emergency Measures. The work purpose - working out of practical recommendations about improvement of activity of psychological maintenance service of psychological maintenance of the Ministry of Emergency Measures at the organisation and rendering of the emergency psychological help by the victim. Methods: the analysis of documents, a method of expert estimations, the content-analysis, interrogation, supervision. Practical recommendations about improvement of activity of service of psychological maintenance of the Ministry of Emergency Measures are developed at the organisation and rendering of the emergency psychological help by the victim.
