Subject of research - theoretical, methodical and practical questions of increase of a standard of living of the village population. During work such methods of research are used: statistical, розрахунково-analytical, comparative analysis and sociological. The dynamics of level and structure of earnings and charges of rural and city population is analysed in 2000-2006, socially economic position of rural settlements directions are certain in relation to the increase of standard of living on a village, namely: a) suggestions are grounded in relation to the increase of pay in agriculture; b) ways and methods of increase of efficiency of the personal peasant economies are offerend, in particular integrations of their activity with large agricultural enterprises; c) suggestions are developed in relation to the smprovement of management socio-economic development of rural territories and increase on this basis of profits of inhabitants of village
