On the basis of "Etymological dictionary of Ukrainian Language" and the translation the Bible there has been compiled the card index of the Church Slavonic words in Ukrainian language for the purpose of forming the comparative basis for the research of the analogue phenomenon in Romanian language. There has been made a description of the Church Slavonic words in translation of Ukrainian and Romanian languages in the Old Testament, Gospel of Matthew, the Book of Isaiah and the Book of Jeremiah.
