A research object is a technological process of crushing of agglomerate. A purpose of work is an increase of efficiency of process of production of agglomerate and reduction of power expenses on the basis of optimization of technological process of work of valkovoy of toothed crusher. Results of NIR - on the basis of analysis of the systems the mekhaniko-matematical design of process of crushing of agglomerate is executed the toothed crusher and mekhaniko-matematical description of the basic stages of his passing in a machine; the method of synthesis of on principle new constructions is developed; much- and twomass dynamic models of work of crusher is developed; the calculation of twomass model is executed on the basis of theory of planning of multifactor experiments and optimization of its parameters is conducted; the results of theoretical researches are experimentally confirmed and developed method of determination of basic parameters of crusher; computer program of optimization of basic paramеtersof its work and designer document on basic knots and details of the improved crusher.
