The object of scientific research is the process of Ukrainian economy market transformation. The subject of scientific research is the mechanism which provides transition to innovative ecologically orientated activity. Метою дослідження є формування механізму управління інноваційним підприємництвом екологічного спрямування. Research problems: - The researching of social, ecological, economic preconditions of transition the Ukrainian enterprise structures to economically effective and ecologically provided innovative development. - The forming of principles, functions, directions of realization the economically effective and ecologically provided innovative development of separate branches of the economic activities in market conditions. - The development of the management mechanism by transition the Ukrainian enterprise structures to economically effective and ecologically provided innovative development with application of economic-ecological instruments in the different levels of management.
