The object of research is the operating system of employment and employment of persons with the limited physical and mental possibilities. The subject of research is determination of ways of improvement of the system of employment and employment of invalids. The purpose is research of is the system of employment and employment of persons with the limited physical and mental possibilities that development of suggestions in relation to the improvement of the indicated system, in a that number with drawing on the results of the conducted selective questioning of employers in relation to a level and possibilities of the use of labour of invalids on enterprises and study of opinion of invalids in relation to a desire to work on enterprises and possible terms of their employment.
