The parameters of EI are certain from facilities of TS and ionizing radiation (II) in an environment, consisting of electromagnetic situation of places of placing of facilities of TS. The physical model of the exposing to the rays system which answers descriptions of EI from TS is developed. Conformities to the law of change of the functional state of organism are set under act of EI of facilities of TS at isolated and joint with II an action. A hygienical norm is developed on EI from TS as a possible loading. Geared-up normatively-methodical project on the improvement of hygienical regulation of EI from facilities of TS.
