On the basis of the conducted analysis the paper presents the developed mathematical models, which allow to control over the power electric equipment insulation ageing and the workability of automation systems' elements, in particular, on the example of turbine vacuum control path diagnosing, allowing to increase the reliability of electric energy equipment operation. It had been also developed the mathematical models, which allow to scan and make a correction in thermal fields of rotating objects, considering the measurement process external factors influence. There had been realized the developed mathematical models, including the microprocessor execution.5635
