The formula of the most known form for the determination of the phosphorus (arsenic) was established - heteropolycomplex (HPC) having Keggin structure. Regularities were shown that are typical for the reactions going with molybdenum HPC of P(V) and As(V) in micellar solutions. First, possibilty was shown of the amplification determination of P(V) on the molybdenum atoms. Obtained results can be applied to the highly sensitive determination (DL = 10-8 mol/l ) of the P(V) and As(V)
