The subject of investigation was plasma membrane Са2+-transporting systems and intracellular membranes Са2+ poles of secretory cells functioning, respiration and oxidative phosphorylation processes and research of Са2+ accumulation with liver mitochondrion, lipid peroxidation indexes, L-arginine and L-NNA influence to NO-dependent antioxidant protection regulatory system in hepatocytes and blood of rat of different age. The aim of the work was to investigate the bioenergetic support, the activity of antioxidant system and lipid peroxidation processes, Са2+-accumulating function of mitochondrion in secretory cells of different age animals, investigated properties and role of purinic receptors in calcium homeostasis support.5635
