Results of research - perspectives of further development of the national apiculture together with the strategy of products quality and safety estimation have been defined. It is important to conduct in-depth analysis of biochemical and ecological characteristics of the pollen load by minerals content, including heavy metals, lipids and fatty acids, proteins and amino acids.
