The purpose of work - to determinate protein content and it's components in cow's milk. Methods of research - zoo technical - determination of total protein content in milk samples from each cow; biochemical - determination of proteins of casein complex, albumins, globulins and minor protein fractions, biometrical work out of data. Results of the carried out researches - determinate total protein content in milk of specific breeds and content of specific components. The highest content of protein of casein complex was shown in milk of Ukrainian red breed, lowest - in milk of Ukrainian black and white breed. Range of application - milk husbandry of Ukraine.
